A University of Kansas graduate with a Bachelor's in Speech Language and Hearing Science, she spent nearly seven years as a Patient Experience Specialist at Athletico Physical Therapy — honing her skills in communication, coordination, and keeping things running smoothly for both staff and patients. That same patient-first mindset translates seamlessly into the world of IONM.

Since joining Seastnan in early 2026, Kaitlin has taken on the day-to-day operational details that keep the team focused on what they do best: delivering reliable neurodiagnostics where it matters most.
